Note: All orders are due by 5 pm Aug. 8th and no refunds will be offered after this date. 

To Order: 

1. Click the here link. 
2. In the navigation panel, on the lower left-hand side, choose Annual Sickle Cell Disease Research meeting menu. There is a separate link for each day. Please order each day separately. 
3. You will need to create an account to pay for your lunch. 
4. You will be able to select a boxed lunch with a sandwich or salad and add the item into your cart. 
5. On the top right-hand side (under My Order), CHOOSE PICK UP and NOT DELIVERY when asked, in order to complete the transaction. Click PLACE PICKUP ORDER. 
6. NOTE: your lunch will be delivered to the venue, but you must choose this option in order to correctly complete the transaction
7. Select Date: Meeting dates are Aug. 12th, 13th and 14th. Please order each day separately. 
8. Select Time: 10am (this is a required field but we already know what time we’ll deliver 
9. Enter “Sickle Cell Meeting” and your preferred number. 
10. Once you have completed your order, you should receive an email from The Bean Bag Deli & Catering. Please contact Sydney Lewis (sydney.lewis@nih.gov) if you do not receive an email.
